I have been training and showing dogs since I was 11 years old and have been breeding Golden Retrievers since 1995.  I've been teaching all breed dog obedience classes for local obedience clubs in Saskatoon and Regina since 1991 and have successfully competed in obedience trials, hunt tests, agility, tracking and carting.  I've had 2 dogs place in the top 10 in obedience in Canada.     Rick and I have been involved in Golden Retriever rescue and boarding on a small scale since we moved to Regina in 1997.      Our kennel is located on 6 treed acres, 15 minutes outside of Regina.  We're 3 km off the highway on a quiet, low traffic road.

Boarding - We have limited  the number of kennels to ensure we have time to give  each dog individual attention each day. - Our spacious indoor runs are seperated by solid walls and there's an extra wide alley in the middle to avoid fence fighting and intimidation between runs. -Kuranda beds in each kennel (www.kuranda.com) -  Large windows provide tons of natural light. -  We also have a large fenced area for dogs to exercise in. -  Not all dogs enjoy the company of other dogs so dogs will take turns in the yard with one of us. The exception is those dogs who do enjoy play groups. -  Play groups will always be monitored and will be maximum of 3 - 4 compatable dogs at onetime. -  For those cold winter days we have a 15' x 25' indoor play/training/living room area to play in    or just snuggle on a  dog bed in front of the TV

Fees $18/night     -     $30/night for 2 dogs from the same family in the same kennel

Boarding Drop Off and Pick up and private training by appointment only. Pick-up and drop off at your home can be arranged.
